Services:
Case Preparation for Chapter 7 is $125.00 per petition and schedules*
Case Preparation for Chapter 13 is $200.00 per petition, schedules and plan*
*These fees can be reduced by $25.00 per case should the firm provide more than 20 combined cases per month**
Emergency Case Filings wheather a Chapter 7 or 13 in less than 24 hours is $350.00
Case Monitoring: $25.00 per hour and will be billed on a quarter hour basis. ( Consists at looking at the claims register, watching for Motions to Lift Stays and FDCPA Violations).
Any dictation will be done at a rate of $15.00 per hour.
Draft of any pleadings, objections or other bankruptcy related documents. $25.00 per hour Mailing of the matrix, plan, or other large mailings-- Please call for quote. (Based on per creditor of mailing+ an hourly rate of 10.00 per hour)
